The Traffic Incident Management Program is a comprehensive multi-agency, multi-discipline program, led by the Alabama Department of Transportation and the Alabama Department of Public Safety (DPS) and focused on three objectives: responder safety, safe quick clearance, & reliable incident communications.
ALTIMS First Responder Fundamentals is the foundational training for all first responders. Backed by FHWA, this 6-hour workshop delivers the core TIM strategies needed on-scene. Ideal for law enforcement, fire, EMS, towing, and transportation responders.
