Resource Unit Leader (RESL)

The Resource Unit Leader (RESL) is a key member of the Planning Section in the Incident Command System (ICS). The RESL is responsible for maintaining the status of all assigned resources (personnel and equipment) at an incident and ensuring that resource information is accurately tracked, recorded, and displayed.
