This course is based on NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire and Emergency Services Instructor Professional Qualifications, 2019 Edition. This course is intended for the Instructor who is ready to assume a leadership role by moving into the upper management level of his/her department and wants to develop the knowledge and ability to develop comprehensive training curricula and programs for use by single or multiple organizations; conduct organizational needs analysis; and develop training goals and implementation strategies.
Prerequisites:
(Pro Board or IFSAC) Certified Fire Instructor II or Certified Fire and Emergency Services Instructor II; High School Diploma/GED
