Alabama Fire College – Web Enhanced Class
As the number and types of electric vehicles on the roadways and in commercial applications increases, it is important for first responders to understand how a response involving these types of vehicles is different than those with an internal combustion engine. This two and a half -hour awareness course, made possible thanks to the National Volunteer Fire Council, equips first responders with the core knowledge and tools necessary to respond more safely when a hybrid and/or electric vehicle is involved in an incident.
