Bloodborne pathogen training for all AMAS Team Members. Per OSHA’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.1030) “workers shall receive regular training that covers all elements including, but not limited to: information on bloodborne pathogens and diseases, methods used to control occupational exposure” this course is to assist team leaders and training coordinator in getting a head start on this required training.
The course teaches team members how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material.
