This course is based on NFPA 1006: Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications, and may lead to Pro Board certification. This course is designed for individuals who will perform or direct a technical rescue by identifying hazards, using equipment, and applying advanced techniques to rescue a victim who is afloat on the surface of a body of water.
