Industrial Training Program

The Alabama Fire College Industrial Training Division has the capability of designing specific training programs that meet your company’s objectives in all areas of emergency response. Our industrial training includes fire brigade training, fire protection system training, confined space and high-level rescue, hazardous materials, and incident command. Continuous training programs are also available to assist you in meeting the OSHA-mandated annual retraining requirements. Our Industrial Coordinator can meet with you, visit your facilities, review your hazards and training needs, and provide a complete training program that meets your emergency plan needs.

The Alabama Fire College Industrial Program also offers companies the flexibility of site-specific training at your facility. Our classes can be tailored to fit the needs of business and industry, as well as Department of Defense fire service certification programs. All courses taught by the Alabama Fire College Industrial Division meet or exceed OSHA and NFPA standards. Because we are accredited by the National Professional Qualifications System, we can offer nationally recognized certification for our students.

In addition to our emergency response training, the Alabama Fire College Industrial Division offers all levels of Fire Officer and Fire Instructor training. For a quote or more information on our programs and services contact Phil Hughes at 205.391.3765.

See our schedule of Resident/Industrial Courses.
