Hazardous Materials Technician Refresher
This course addresses and provides a review and update on hazardous
materials response. A course designed to provide hands on training that will
allow students to stay up to date in the field of hazardous materials.
The
course will consist primarily of outside skills practice of the pertinent
job performance requirements of the NFPA 472, Standard for Emergency on
Professional Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials Incidents.
Course topics include identifying hazardous materials, properties of
hazardous materials, confinement and containment, monitoring instruments,
and decontamination.

compliant full turnout gear, SCBA, and spare bottle
