Fire Service Supervision
This course is
designed to acquaint the student with the responsibility of fire service
supervisors, organizational concepts, human relations, grievance training,
rating promotion and management employee relations. Topics included are: management theory; fire ground management functions; fire service personnel
management and training as a management function.
