Managing Company Tactical Operations: Simulations
Managing Company Tactical Operations: Simulations (MCTO:S) is designed to be
the fourth element in the MCTO series, following MCTO: Preparation, MCTO:
Command Decision Making, and MCTO: Tactics. Unlike the other three elements
in the series, MCTO: S was not designed as a total course but as a
compilation of scenarios, with corresponding strategic and tactical guidance
included for the instructor. Its focus is on the application of concepts and
skills learned in the three prerequisite courses.
Necessary forms used by departments in order to request and schedule
courses for their areas. These forms are not for the field student.

Prerequisite: Managing Company Tactical Operations: Preparation (MCTO: P),
Managing Company Tactical Operations: Command Decision Making (MCTO: D) and
Managing Company Tactical Operations: Tactics (MCTO: T)
