Leadership II: Strategies Personal Success (NFA)
This course
continues to build on the objectives and goals of the National Fire
Academy's leadership I course.
Specifically Leadership II offers strategies for personnel success in the
following areas: Managing multiple roles of the company officer, Creativity,
Enhancing your personal power base, Ethics.
This course enables you to achieve objectives in several areas such as
levels of accountability, develop and apply strategy for resolving role
conflicts, make you aware of your individual potentials and realizing the
issue of ethics does have an impact on the fire manager. This class will
again provide the officer with the basic leadership skills and tools needed
to perform effectively as a manager.
Necessary forms used by departments in order to request and schedule
courses for their areas. These forms are not for the field student.
