Introduction
to Technical Rescue has been released for field courses
Local Alabama fire departments that meet the
requirements may now offer
Introduction to
Technical Rescue a prerequisite for the Alabama Fire College’s
technical rescue classes. This two day (16 hour) course addresses Chapter 3
of NFPA 1006, Standard for Rescue Technician Professional Qualifications. There
are several requirements that must be met along with a mandatory equipment
list before the Field Training Programs can approve the class. For more detailed
